Hal Samples Artist Missionary is a Dallas-based photographer currently working on a project to raise awareness and proceeds for the homeless needs in Dallas. Hal is currently using his talents in photography, as he hopes to encourage others to take a closer look at themselves and the face of homelessness in Dallas. Based on experiences and the path his life has taken he believes that others can be inspired to make life changes.
